How to buy from the goatedbuy spreadsheet

Use this when you already have a row. If you are still learning the columns, start at the goatedbuy spreadsheet page.

1. Pick a row. Choose one line whose photo, marketplace, and yuan price you actually want. Ignore the rest of the sheet.
2. Open the link. Confirm the live listing still matches the row: color, size chart, and shop name.
3. Send it to the agent. Paste the link into the agent order form. Add size and color in the remark so the buyer is not guessing.
4. Pay the China side. Item price, domestic freight to the warehouse, and the agent service fee. International postage is not in this payment.
5. Wait for the warehouse. The shop ships inside China. The agent receives, photographs, and holds the goods.
6. Read the QC photos. Compare them with the listing. Accept, exchange, or return before anything is sealed for export.
7. Build the parcel. Combine what you are keeping. Drop what you are not. Shoes and heavy coats dominate the weight.
8. Pay to ship. Choose a line, declare honestly, and pay international shipping once. Then track it.
